A maximum of $30 is charged per week → 10$ per night for the first three days or 30$ for the entire week.

Orange Bay is a designated anchorage area within our Marine Park. This is situated on the Eastern side of the island.

All proceeds of the Marine Park fee go towards maintenance and staffing of the Marine Park.

Purchase this Marine Park Fee at the Statia Harbour when Checking In, not the STENAPA Office.

Yachting Guidelines

  1. Do not release any waste when anchored in the Marine Park
  2. Do not throw any trash, including food, into the Marine Park
  3. Do not touch any sea life or coral reef
  4. Do not fish or anchor in the Marine Park reserves
  5. Snorkeling is prohibited in the Marine Park reserves without the guidance from a local dive shop
