STENAPA invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the manual cleanup of Turtle Beach within the designated project area. The objective of this project is to remove marine debris, plastic waste, foam, sargassum, and other litter from the beach environment while preserving the natural beach profile and minimizing disturbance to the surrounding ecosystem.
